Socially Responsible Procurement

As a socially responsible organization, Masyi Consultant and Services Hong Kong Limited (MasyiCS) aims to integrate socially responsible suppliers into its supply chain through its corporate procurement practices. The company's procurement policy addresses supplier activities in the areas of diversity, wages and benefits, health and safety, and accessibility.

Wages and Benefits, Health and Safety:

MasyiCS's solicitations and contracts for labor services will include measures to address the wages and health and welfare fringe benefits of service employees. The policy also specifies criteria for contractors to provide safe working conditions and fair and equitable work practices for their service employees.

MasyiCS's socially responsible procurement policy will be reflected in solicitations for labor services, as determined appropriate by corporate procurement. If applicable, evaluation criteria related to wages, benefits, health, and safety will be included in the technical evaluation and considered in the cost analysis of quotations, bids, and proposals. This will help determine the successful bidders or offerors.

Supplier Diversity:

MasyiCS's procurement practices aim to provide opportunities for Minority, Women, and Disabled Owned Business Enterprises (MWDBEs). The company's vendor diversity initiative seeks to increase the participation of MWDBEs in MasyiCS contracts. This can be achieved through direct contracting with MWDBEs and by working with MasyiCS prime contractors (first-tier vendors) to encourage them to subcontract MasyiCS-related business to MWDBE firms (second-tier).

By incorporating these measures, MasyiCS demonstrates its commitment to socially responsible procurement and creating a diverse and inclusive supply chain.
